Gait training & Rehabilitation
Our sensory garden is a garden environment that is designed with the purpose of stimulating the senses. This stimulation occurs courtesy of plants and the use of materials that engage one’s senses of sight, smell, touch, taste, and sound.
Marissa Nel assists the foundation’s children with adaptive equipment from her workshop which is situated on the premises. She also provides Orthotic and Prosthetic services to the Copperbelt and all equipment and devices are manufactured on the premises. She provides learning opportunities for disabled youth training them in the field of Orthotic and Prosthetic device manufacturing.
Overnight facilities for volunteers and patients
The foundation have rooms available on the premises for volunteers who wish to stay with us. Through our volunteer program we help people find meaningful ways to contribute their time, skills and energy to uplift people with disabilities.
